Notion Foundation Build
For teams starting out in Notion, or starting again. Over four to six weeks I build the core of your workspace with you: projects, tasks, clients and meeting notes in one place, so every task sits with its project and has one owner. Then team views for how you work together, and a personal dashboard for each person. We meet weekly, and the final week is training, so your team runs it from handover. Fixed scope, agreed before we start.
Workspace Rebuild
For teams whose Notion has grown out of control: duplicate databases, spaces nobody can navigate, and people building private systems to cope. I start with an audit and interviews with your team, so the rebuild keeps what already works. Then I rebuild it around one shared structure and roll it out function by function, with training and office hours along the way. One of my clients came to me with a month-old workspace that was already cracking. We rebuilt it in four weeks.
AI on Your Foundation
For teams with a solid Notion setup who want AI working inside it. Once your information is structured, Notion AI can turn meetings into owned next actions, catch you up on any project, and produce reports from live data. I connect the tools your data sits in, write the instructions that tell Notion AI how your business works, and train your team to check its output. Custom Builds - Inventory Management & Reports
For work that goes beyond the standard workspace. I bring data in from your other tools, such as ad platforms, CRMs and spreadsheets, through APIs or imports, then turn it into client reports, dashboards or analysis your team can act on. I also build fully custom systems, such as inventory management covering raw goods, production and orders. Notion Operational Excellence Build Out
